Dr R K Jain Memorial Cricket Tournament is played in the memory of Dr R K Jain, This year 8 Corporate Teams participate in the tournament, OPTO Group, Dee Vee Films, GKON, Shivalik, RK International, 9 Expression, United Flooring and Perfect Meal.
Finals of 5th edition was played between OPTO Group and RK International. OPTO Group won and toss and elected to bat. With the help of 77 runs from 55 balls by Deepak Sharma, OPTO Group made 155 runs for the loss of 6 wkts in 20 overs. The other contribution with bat came from Varun Anand who made 26 runs. Sandeep Choudhary from RK International bowled well and took 2 wkts from 21 runs. Chasing this target, RK International got off to a bad start. They were 60 for 5 wkts in 10 overs.Sandeep Choudhary tried to hit some lusty blows in the end but perished for well made 46 runs from 27 balls. RK International were bowled out for 122 runs. Opto Group won the match by 33 runs.
