On dated 27/11/2023, the team of Anti-Narcotics Cell, Dwarka was privy to a secret tip-off about one African person Uchenna being involved in drug syndicate. In this regard a raiding team was formed in supervision of Insp Subhash Chand, I/C Anti-Narcotics Cell, Dwarka and in overall supervision of Sh Ram Avtar ACP/Operation Cell Dwarka.
Based on secret & technical information, a trap was laid and one African person namely Eze Uchenna James S/o Eze James R/o Okpuitumo, Eboni State, Nigeria Age 49 Yrs was apprehended and after following the NDPS procedure, during his search 70 grams of fine quality Methamphetamine drugs was recovered from his possession. In this regard, case FIR no. 688/2023, dated 27/11/2023, u/s 8/22/29 NDPS Act was registered at PS Uttam Nagar, District Dwarka, New Delhi and the accused Eze Uchenna James was arrested. The accused Eze Uchenna James had been previously arrested in a commercial drug case by Narcotics Control Bureau of Punjab and had been convicted for 10 years by court. The accused was granted bail by the High Court of Punjab & Haryana.
During investigation of the case, through CCTV analysis and technical information it came to fore that one African person namely AlitumoIfedi Shedrack who was accompanying the accused Eze Uchenna James on a scooty was also involved in drug business. Also, AlitumoIfedi Shedrack was the one who supplied Methamphetamine drugs to the accused Eze Uchenna James for selling it in market.
Trap was laid narrow lanes of Uttam Nagar District Dwarka and after continuous and dedicated efforts the accused AlitumoIfedi Shedrack S/o Shedrack R/o Ishielu, Ebonyi, Nigeria Age 28 Yrs was apprehended by the team from Uttam Nagar area in present case on 11/01/2024 and his search resulted in recovery of 100 grams of fine quality Methamphetamine drug. The accused AlitumoIfedi Shedrack had been previously arrested in a commercial drug case by Narcotics Control Bureau of Punjab and had been convicted for 10 years imprisonment by the court. The accused was presently on bail granted by the High Court of Punjab & Haryana.
During interrogation of accused AlitumoIfedi Shedrack it was found out that he along with two African persons namely Iko and Osita @ Osey manufactures Methamphetamine drug from raw material in a lab at Alestonia Estate, Chaii-3, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P.
On the instance of accused AlitumoIfedi Shedrack one lab which was established by them at a luxurious & lonely private place at Alestonia Estate, Chaii-3, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P was busted and Raw material around 20.5 Kg including 1 kg of pseudoephedrine was recovered. Also sophisticated equipment including Heating Mantle Machine and high-quality face masks were recovered from the lab.
On the basis of secret, manual & technical input other co-accused person namely EzeIbe Emeka Chibuzo @ Iko S/o Eze R/o Abakaliki, Nigeria Age 56 Yrs was apprehended from Sant Garh, Tilak Nagar area in present case on 16/01/2024 and search of accused resulted in recovery of 200 grams of fine quality Methamphetamine drug and the accused was arrested.
Also on the basis of secret, manual & technical input other co-accused person namely Ivo Osita @ Usta @ Osey S/o Ivo Ogwona R/o Nairobi, Kenya, Age 44 Yrs was apprehended from Guru Nanak Nagar Tilak Nagar area in present case on 16/01/2024 and after following the NDPS procedure search of accused was carried out and 75 grams of fine quality Methamphetamine drug was recovered from his possession. The accused Ivo Osita @ Usta @ Osey had been previously arrested in commercial drug case by Special Task Force, Mohali, Punjab and had been convicted by court.
