The 13th Match of Cooch Behar Trophy Under 19 (2017-18) was played between Chhattisgarh and Delhi at B S P Cricket Stadium, Bhilai. The toss was won by Delhi who chose to bat first. The visitors played 175 overs and lost 8 wickets while they piled 470 runs. Opener Sanat Sangwan scored 158 runs while left-arm spinner Harsh Tyagi also scored 132*. In between Syed Saqlain Haider scored 44 runs while Ayush Badoni scored 39. SK Chadda was the pick of the bowlers as he took 4 wickets while NB Dhruw took 3 wickets.The visitors declared the innings and it was the time of Chhattisgarh to bat. The home team played well but went 55 runs short of Delhi's total. Harsh Sharma scored 100 while Captain S S Hurkat scored 75 runs. Carrying his good form Harsh Tyagi again took 6 wickets while fast bowler Lovnish Singh took 3 wickets. Now Delhi had to bat again for the few hours which were left for the day's end. The visitors lost just 1 wicket of Jatin SHokeen and scored 86 runs. Sanat Sangwan scored 35* while Samarth Seth scored 30*. The match ended as a draw but as Delhi took the 1st innings lead, the visitors gained 3 points to 1 of Chhattisgarh.
