In this episode, Amog Lilla Dasji says that one should be mentally fit and not fat.
In Shloka 41, Lord Krishna tells Arjuna that one who is blessed with spiritual intelligence is firm and resolute, but one who is after material pleasures has a fragmented mind that lacks focus and determination.
There is a huge difference between those seeking reward and those who are engaged in selfless actions. Lord Krishna says that the purpose for actions must be resolute and selfless. One should perform actions with the thought that it will bring ultimate satisfaction to Lord Krishna and please him. This determined intelligence helps realise that it is Lord's grace that will help one liberate from worldly pleasures and the cycle of birth and death. Spiritual intelligence is in the service and devotion of the omnipotent, omniscient, Lord Krishna, who is the controller and dispenser of all rewards and the sole destination of all those seeking liberation. It bestows happiness.
But those who have fragmented intelligence have failed to perceive the reality, and whose endless desires for fame, wealth, power, etc. dictate their actions. Their intelligence is fragmented into countless directions and leads to misery.
He concludes that when one is resolute in purpose, one has good intentions, and so the actions are full of intensity.
